Two Departments, Enterprises Join Forces to Educate Automotive Engineers
The mechanical engineering-engineering mechanics department and the electrical and computer engineering department have merged two ongoing student projects: the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Enterprise, focused on mechanical engineering, and the Automotive Computing Enterprise, comprised largely of electrical and computer engineering students. The advisors are Jeff Burl (ECE), Stephen Hackney (MSE), Ali Ebnenasir (Computer Science), John Beard and Bob Page (ME-EM).
